Mesilla de noche / Bedside table

Me encontré una vieja mesilla de noche en casa de mis abuelos y pensé en restaurarla y personalizarla un poco. Primero la lijé completamente y pinté toda la superficie con un color marfil para el interior y para las zonas desgastadas del exterior. Después pinté el exterior con pintura negro mate. Tras esto, lijé algunas zonas para dar un efecto pátina "falso". Cambié los tiradores y bisagras y añadí una decoración del rótulo de la cerveza Guinness.

I found this old bedside table in my grandparents house and I thought about restoring and customizing it. Firstly I sanded and painted it all with ivory colour for the interior and the patina effect of the outside. After that I painted the outside with matt (flat) black. Then I sanded some areas to add the "fake" patina effect. I changed the ironwork knobs and added the Guinness beer logo.

Así me encontré la mesita y la empecé a lijar para ver cómo estaba.

Pensé en usar un swordliner para la firma, pero el trazo era muy grueso.
